HOW DO I ORDER FROM THE myHenna WEBSITE?

To purchase a product on our site, select from the available categories of Henna for Hair, Body and Hair Care or SALE items. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the quantity and click 'ADD TO CART'. myHenna provides free shipping on all USA orders over $35. For all Worldwide orders, the price of shipping will be calculated once you nominate your delivery address. If you would like to continue shopping and select another item, you may freely return to Henna for Hair, Body and Hair Care or SALE pages and continue shopping. You may add an item at anytime, update quantities, or remove and item by clicking 'view' or 'edit your cart'. This will take you to a summary page of your shopping cart. Here you can also receive an estimate on shipping costs to your destination, if you are an international customer (only for non-USA residents).

Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. Please note you will need your credit card details handy, including the delivery address to finalise your online shopping experience. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address. If by the unlucky chance you provide an incorrect email address at least we will have your phone number to contact you!

VIEW & TRACK ORDERS

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in New York. We use FedEx, UPS or USPS courier services to delivery your order.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from myHenna.us containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact myHenna.us using the Contact Us form or email at orders@myHenna.us.

Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier;

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from “Your Cart”. However, once your order has been finalised by pressing the “Pay for Order” button, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then if required you could return it to us. Refer to our Returns Policy for procedure details. myHenna will always try to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make everything right.

WHAT CAN I DO AFTER I LOGIN TO myHENNA.US CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

VIEW ORDER STATUS - See the status of every order you've placed at myHenna, including whether it has been shipped, and if so, an optional tracking number.

COMPLETED ORDERS - See all completed orders you've placed at myHenna. You can also print invoices from this page.

YOUR ADDRESS BOOK - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.

YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS - Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.

myHENNA.US DISCOUNT COUPONS

To redeem a coupon or promotional code or to take advantage of discounts we advertise by email you must place your order online. Phone orders for these discounts are not accepted.

To redeem a coupon code first place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart.

There is a box on the "Shopping Cart" page labeled "Coupon Code, or Redeem Gift Certificate". Simply enter your code in this box and click "Go". The discount or promotion will be automatically applied to your order.

Currently, you may enter only ONE coupon code per order.

Please understand that some items on the site (such as gift certificates, promotional items, and occasionaly sale items) can not be discounted further. If the coupon you are using does not apply to all items in your cart, you will be notified before checking out.

myHENNA.US GIFT CERTIFICATES

To redeem a gift certificate, first place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click the "Check Out" button.

Your gift certificate should contain a "Gift Certificate Code" located in the lower-right corner. Simply enter this code on the "Payment" page during check out (in the box on the right side of the page). The amount of the gift certificate will be automatically deducted from your order total.

If your order total is LESS than the gift certificate amount, the remaining credit will be saved for future use.

If your order total is MORE than the gift certificate amount, you can pay the additional amount using any of our available payment methods.
