Cut Out the Hair
Henna is very different from regular hair dyes and unfortunately it is quite hard to remove henna from hair once it left the color. However if you are really fed up and want to remove it in any way then wait to gradually grow it out or cut it out before applying next shade on your hair.
The most effective treatment for removing henna from hair naturally is oil treatment based on olive oil and coconut oil. Mix both oil and start applying on hair from roots to tip. When your all hairs are covered with oil, leave for over night. Next morning shampoo your hair. Do this treatment multiple times to fully remove henna from the hair.
Use Acid to Remove Henna
Research showed that some people get rid of their henna dyed hair by soaking hair in acid like lemon juice, vinegar or yogurt. Remember acid may also make your hair dry and brittle. So the best way to use acid is to add it in conditioner then applies on hair. Repeat it with patience to get the complete the result.
Remove Henna with Clarifying Shampoo and Crystals
There is also some stories found that some people got success by using clarifying shampoo and crystals. Mix clarifying crystals in water until form a gel then apply on hair and remove with shampoo.
