HOW DO I ORDER FROM THE myHenna WEBSITE?

To purchase a product on our site, select from the available categories of Henna for Hair, Body and Hair Care or SALE items. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the quantity and click 'ADD TO CART'. myHenna provides free shipping on all USA orders over $35. For all Worldwide orders, the price of shipping will be calculated once you nominate your delivery address. If you would like to continue shopping and select another item, you may freely return to the Henna for Hair, Body and Hair Care or SALE pages and continue shopping. You may add an item at anytime, update quantities, or remove and item by clicking 'view' or 'edit your cart'. This will take you to a summary page of your shopping cart. Here you can also receive an estimate on shipping costs to your destination, if you are an international customer (only for non-USA residents).
Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. Please note you will need your credit card details handy, including the delivery address to finalise your online shopping experience. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address. If by the unlucky chance you provide an incorrect email address at least we will have your phone number to contact you!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from “Your Cart”. However, once your order has been finalised by pressing the “Pay for Order” button, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then if required you could return it to us. Refer to our Returns Policy for procedure details. myHenna will always try to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make everything right.
All USA orders over $35 include free delivery to your address, and International orders will attract a freight service charge to your destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?
Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you’ve seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up. However, if the item you are after is sold out, and you are a customer from USA, please contact myHenna on (516) 900-2521 and we can refer you to one of our retailers in your local area who is sure to have the product available for you to purchase.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT CURRENCY?
All prices are quoted in American dollars and payable in American dollars and are inclusive of 8.25% Sales Tax (New York only) on all orders.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your card will be debited at the time of you pressing the “Pay for Order” button. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as “myHenna.US”. We also accept payments via PayPal.com or Amazon.com. All credits payments are processed via PayPal secure checkout. We do not store your credit card details.
